The confidence that never fails
Are you finding it difficult to live life to your fullest? Are you paralyzed by what others think? Are you able to reach your full potential? Is fear of the unknown holding you back?
We have all battled with these and other challenges over time. Even David said in Psalm 143:4 (TPT) that his “inner being is in depression and his heart is heavy, dazed with despair.”
Having faith in oneself that you can overcome these challenges is good, but it is often not enough. Your self-confidence has its limitations, because no one can do everything all the time in their own strength. Sooner or later you will run out of steam and find yourself unable to enjoy your journey in life.

What we really need is “God-confidence” as Joyce Meyer calls it. Being able to rely on His strength and ability to live life to its fullest. That is the confidence that never fails. Paul in Philippians 4:13-14 (TPT) writes “For I’m trained in the secret of overcoming all things…I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty.”
